Terms & Conditions of Sale

Welcome

Thank you for choosing KeramikKa. I make every piece by hand in my studio in the Czech Republic. These Terms explain how I sell my ceramics, what you can expect from me, and your rights as a customer. I've written them to be clear, fair and easy to understand and to help you feel confident when shopping on my e-shop.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to purchases made through my website. Nothing in them affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. My Ceramics

Every piece is handmade. Small variations in colour, glaze, size and texture are part of the character of handmade work and are not defects.

4. Orders

Add the selected product to your cart, then enter your contact details, delivery details, payment details and submit your order.

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
I will only accept your order when I confirm it or ship it.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown on my website. Payment is required before dispatch.

It is possible to pay by bank transfer or by credit card via Stripe.
European Union: VAT is already included in all prices, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

6. Delivery

If the goods are in stock, I usually ship the package within 3 business days.

At present I ship only within the European Union.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from standard purchases. Personalised and commissioned work is normally excluded where permitted by law.

8. Returns

Please contact me before returning an item so I can help you with the process.

9. Damaged Deliveries

Every piece is packed with great care.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the item and its packaging. Contact me within 48 hours at info@keramikka.cz

We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and kindly.

10. Commissions

Commissioned work is made especially for you. Once I have started making it, cancellation is generally not possible unless required by law.

11. Product Care

I fire the products at high temperatures, which makes them dishwasher and microwave safe.

However, if you want your favorite mug to last as long as possible and be beautifully shiny, it is better to wash it by hand.
I do not recommend the microwave due to the large temperature changes. Over time, the ceramic could be damaged.

12. Complaints

If you believe this is a manufacturing defect, please contact me with photos and details of your order.

If it is indeed a manufacturing defect, I will replace the product or refund your money in accordance with Czech consumer protection laws.
I will always try to resolve the matter fairly.

13. Intellectual Property

My designs, photographs, text and branding remain my intellectual property unless I agree otherwise in writing.

14. Privacy

I use your personal information only to process your order, provide customer service and meet my legal obligations. Please also read my Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
